SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
1. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after confirmation. Any order placed after 9:00 a.m., on a Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday or French public holiday will be processed from the next business day.
Deliveries are handled by the partner carriers selected by the company (e.g. Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay or any equivalent carrier).
- Mainland France: 3 to 5 business days
- Europe (EU): 4 to 7 business days
- Switzerland and European countries outside the EU: 5 to 7 business days
These delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on the selected carrier and destination.
A shipping confirmation email including a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination country and are displayed before final confirmation of the order.
Home delivery
The Customer is responsible for checking that all delivery information is accurate and complete (full address, building number, access code, floor, name on the mailbox, etc.).
In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address, an unclaimed parcel or a refused delivery, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Delivery to a pickup point
For deliveries to a pickup point, the Customer will be notified by email and/or SMS when the parcel is available for collection.
The parcel must be collected within the timeframe specified by the carrier. If it is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender and the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must contact us at:
and provide their order reference and details of the product concerned.
3. Return Conditions
Products must be returned:
- In perfect condition
- Unworn
- In their complete and undamaged original packaging
Any product returned incomplete, damaged, soiled or worn will not be eligible for a refund.
Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer (Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code), except in the case of a defective product.
Flat-rate return fees:
- €5 per product – Mainland France
- €8 per product – Europe
A prepaid return label may be provided, in which case its cost will be deducted from the refund.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from notification of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until proof of shipment has been provided.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the order.
Standard initial delivery charges will be refunded. Any additional costs resulting from the choice of an express delivery method will not be refunded.
6. Defective Products
In the event of a defective product, the Customer must submit a claim via the Exchanges & Returns section, selecting the relevant item and reason, and attaching photographs clearly showing the defect.
Our customer service team will be automatically notified of your request. We will get back to you as soon as possible to assess the situation and assist you with the product replacement process.
7. Orders Outside the European Union
For deliveries outside the European Union:
- Customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the destination country.
- These costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
If the parcel is refused or customs duties are not paid, the return shipping costs and any applicable import charges will remain the Customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.
