These conditions apply throughout the line-up of the services offered by cinex-store.com and within the limits of available stocks. cinex-store.com is committed to inform by email the customer who has ordered an unavailable item.

Products description

Customers may, prior to an order, take note on the site cinex-store.com of the essential characteristics of the product they wish to order. However, photographs, graphics and descriptions of products offered for sale on the cinex-store.com site are provided for information only and are not contractual.

Prices

Any order implies acceptance by the customer of prices and descriptions of products and services offered for sale on the cinex-store.com site. Rates quoted next to each product offered for sale are in Euros (€) and include added tax (VAT) applicable in France on the day of the order. Prices do not include customer delivery charges. Rates vary and depend on the weight of items ordered and will be communicated to the customer upon consulting his shopping cart and when confirming the order.

This acknowledgment implies acceptance of cinex-store.com of the order placed by the Customer.v

The visible products on the site are available while supplies last. In case of lack of availability of a product after confirmation of an order by the customer, cinex-store.com, will notify the customer by email.

In case of unavailable article, cinex-store.com is committed to providing a credit or refund the customer within 15 days. Termination by the seller of the order placed by the Client shall entitle the customer to any compensation due to the unavailability of products or services constituting its order. In that case, the Customer may take a new order with products available on the Site.

Territories

Orders taken on the Site may only be valid if concluded between the seller and a customer residing in any of the following territories in which the order can be invoiced and delivered:

Currency

Payment currency is the Euro (€) for all the countries listed above in Article Territories.

Orders

At its first order, the customer may register by creating an account with the following information: title, name, complete delivery address, email, phone number, birth date. On this occasion the client creates a password. After consulting products, he can select the reference that he wish to acquire and put in the cart. If the customer has a special offer or coupon, it must first enter a code that has been assigned in the field provided for this purpose.

Acceptance of terms and conditions is confirmed when the customer clicks the "order" button having previously checked the "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions." After confirming the method of payment, the customer will definitively and irrevocably confirm his order by clicking on "I confirm my order" at the end of the control process. This "click" validating the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to irrevocably know, characteristics and conditions of the order (price, delivery time, delivery charges). Seller reserves the right to terminate any order at any time in the event of non-payment of any amount due or in case of violation of the terms of the General Conditions without prejudice to its other remedies.

Cinex-store.com offers two methods of payment:

By Credit Card (Carte Bleue, Visa and Mastercard) and to ensure the security of payments cinex-store.com uses the secure payment service of the CIC bank. Orders recorded and confirmed on a given day will be prepared the next day or the following working day.

Shipping is done thru our partner LA POSTE COLISSIMO :

• France (Continental) = 3 to 5 working days.
• Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Holland = 4 to 6 working days.
• Rest of Europe = 5 to 7 working days.

When your order is shipped , you will receive an email with a link to get your tracking number which you then need to check on : https://www.laposte.fr/outils/track-a-parcel

In case of "force majeure" CINEX cannot be held responsible for a delay in shipping.

You chose home delivery; your parcel is delivered at the delivery address you indicated when you placed the order, if you are away, the delivery man will leave you a note. You have then 10 days to get your parcel at the post office. Once this 10 days have passed, the parcel is automatically returned to our warehouse. You chose delivery at the relay point; your parcel will be sent at the relay point that you indicated when you placed the order, you will be noticed about the arrival of your parcel by email and /or text message. The parcel is available at the relay point for 10 days, if not picked up once these 10 days have passed; the parcel is sent back to our warehouse.

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct and complete when you confirm your order. If you choose home delivery, please mention: building number, staircase, digicode, floor and your name on the letterbox... If the package is returned to us for reasons of "incomplete address", "does not live at the address indicated", "unclaimed", "refused", the return costs will be at your expense and directly deducted from the total amount of your order during the refund.

Satisfied or your money back

According to the European Directive 97/7 of 20 May 1997 on the protection of mail order sales and the Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the customer who buys a product on the site cool-shoe.com has a right of withdrawal to return the product that do not suit him within 14 (fourteen) days upon receipt of the order.

COD shipments will not be accepted.

Products need to return in perfect shape.

Products which are dirty or incomplete will not be accepted.

Refunds will be done within 14 days thru a credit to the original method of payment.

The return and exchange costs are at customer’s charge, except for faulty products.

To return a defective item, the procedure is the same as for a classic return. We will ask you to add photographs of the item so that our customer service team authorizes the return. You will receive refund corresponding to your purchase after the quality team has authorized the return.

Deals and offers

Offers, deals and codes are only valid for the period of validity of the offer and within products availability. Discounts may in no case be converted to a refundable fee or payable to the Client. Credits may only be used by the Customer and are not transferable to third parties. They are deducted from all taxes of the Order, excluding shipping cost of the order. Unless otherwise provided in a special discount offer, discounts can not be combined with each other when placing an order.

Award of competence

For any dispute between the buyer and the seller, even for warranty or in case of multiple defendants, the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Bayonne will be in charge.
