Shipping is done thru our partner LA POSTE COLISSIMO :
- France (Continental) = 3 to 5 working days.
- Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Holland = 4 to 6 working days.
- Rest of Europe = 5 to 7 working days.

In case of "force majeure" CINEX cannot be held responsible for a delay in shipping.
You chose home delivery; your parcel is delivered at the delivery address you indicated when you placed the order, if you are away, the delivery man will leave you a note. You have then 10 days to get your parcel at the post office. Once this 10 days have passed, the parcel is automatically returned to our warehouse. You chose delivery at the relay point; your parcel will be sent at the relay point that you indicated when you placed the order, you will be noticed about the arrival of your parcel by email and /or text message. The parcel is available at the relay point for 10 days, if not picked up once these 10 days have passed; the parcel is sent back to our warehouse.
Please make sure that your delivery address is correct and complete when you confirm your order. If you choose home delivery, please mention: building number, staircase, digicode, floor and your name on the letterbox... If the package is returned to us for reasons of "incomplete address", "does not live at the address indicated", "unclaimed", "refused", the return costs will be at your expense and directly deducted from the total amount of your order during the refund.
According to the European Directive 97/7 of 20 May 1997 on the protection of mail order sales and the Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the customer who buys a product on the site cool-shoe.com has a right of withdrawal to return the product that do not suit him within 14 (fourteen) days upon receipt of the order.

COD shipments will not be accepted.
Products need to return in perfect shape.
Products which are dirty or incomplete will not be accepted.
Refunds will be done within 14 days thru a credit to the original method of payment.
The return and exchange costs are at customer’s charge, except for faulty products.
To return a defective item, the procedure is the same as for a classic return. We will ask you to add photographs of the item so that our customer service team authorizes the return. You will receive refund corresponding to your purchase after the quality team has authorized the return.
